Les recomiendo éste alojamiento. La zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y cerca de todo , por lo que el apartamento es muy silencioso. Las camas son amplias y muy cómodas, con excelentes colchones. Tiene luz natural todo el día y es muy amplio. Agua caliente, cocina, limpieza... Todo PERFECTO. Los anfitriones son excelentes ! Los desayunos que ofrecen son muy completos, variados y con productos de buena calidad. Repetiría mi alojamiento allí sin dudarlo.

El departamento EXCELENTE, bien distribuido y equipado, en una muy buena zona de Vedado, cerca a La Habana vieja, rodeado de bares y restaurantes, muy cerca del malecón. Y Cristy, una anfitriona A1, con los tips apropiados de los sitios para comer y comprar, también nos sacó del apuro para cambiar dinero por la moneda local. Definitivamente si regreso, me quedaría en el departamento de Cristy. Gracias por todo.

Very good apartment and super helpful and nice owners. Liked their breakfast! Easy communication. Apartment is in center of Vedado, but quiet and peaceful, very close to Malecón, close to many good restaurants. WiFi area is in a close proximity too.

Muchas gracias a Cristy y su familia, son muy hospitalarios. El lugar está muy bonito, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Está ubicado en Vedado a pocas cuadras del malecón y el Hotel Nacional. En mi próximo viaje a la Habana sin dudarlo llegaré con ustedes.

Nos alojamos por 4 noches con mi mujer y mi hijo de 2 años, el dpto tiene prestaciónes y ubicación  excelentes ! Cristy y su hija Monica son excelentes personas y hosts, nos recibieron muy bien y la direccion esta muy bien ya que tienen varios restaurants cerca. El piso está en un barrio muy bueno y seguro. Es amplio y muy limpio, todo tal y como en las fotos. Kristy y toda su familia fueron muy amables y nos explicaron y asesoraron sobre cosas que hacer en Cuba y en la Habana, supermercados, etc. Gracias por todo!

Altamente  recomendado! Pasamos 2 noches en la casa de Cristy y pepe y nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. El apartamento es muy cálido y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar en La Habana de maravillas. La ubicación de el apartamento es cerca de todo, a pocas cuadras del malecón y otros atractivos turísticos que ofrece esta ciudad. El departamento estaba muy limpio, bien ubicado y muy bien mantenido, estuvimos muy comodos, todos los días iba a alguien encargado de la limpieza (hay que salir cuando se limpia), por lo que el departamento se mantenía siempre bien. Hay buen aire acondicionado lo que es super importante para aplacar el calor que hace en ciertas horas. La hija de Cristy nos fue a buscar al aeropuerto lo que hizo todo muy expedito. Muy recomendado.

Grandes profesionales tanto Cristy, como su marido Pepe y su hija Mónica. Estuvimos fenomenal, mucho mejor que en los Meliá de los Cayos en los que también estuvimos y nos gastamos un pastón, sin obtener días y estancia tan gratificante como en este apartamento (recomiendo en Cuba este tipo de alojamientos mejor que los maltraidos y mal llevados hoteles de 250 eu la noche). Sería un placer poder contar con este servicio y con sus dueños de nuevo. Es un apartamento muy comodo, completo y funcional; todo es de muy buena calidad, ordenado y sobre todo muy limpio; la ubicación es muy buena y la zona sumamente segura. Puedo recomendarle a cualquiera este alojamiento sin temor a equivocarme; como plus, los anfitriones son muy amables, atentos y sumamente enfocados al servicio.

Cristy Pepe y Monica fueron muy amables. Pasamos 3 días super bien. La casa está muy limpia y situada en un lugar genial. Cerca del Banco y del área del wifi. Cristy, Pepe y Mónica nos ayudaron en todo: nos recogieron al aeropuerto, nos dejaron agua y las tarjetas del wifi, nos prepararon el desayuno cada día y nos ayudaron a buscar el taxi para viajar. Lo pasamos super bien. Nos pareció de estar en casa. Recomendamos mucho este alojamiento para quien se va a la Habana de vacaciones.

El departamento es muy cómodo y fresco, con una decoración muy agradable y una localización muy buena para transportarse en la ciudad. La atención de los propietarios es excelente y la limpieza es óptima. Sirve para quienes visitan La Habana por primera vez o para los que ya han estado. Conviene tenerlos siempre en cuenta y reservar con tiempo porque una joya así lo vale.

Cristy y su pareja son muy acogedores, ofrecen conversaciones interesantes, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Al llegar nos tenían preparado las direcciones muy bien explicadas de diferentes restaurantes y sitios de interés. Está situado en el Vedado, una zona muy tranquila de la Habana donde podréis descubrir magníficos restaurantes. A tan solo 5 minutos del centro en taxi. Muy recomendable para visitar la capital de todos los cubanos.

Her daughter Monica picked us up from the airport and even arranged taxi drivers for our day trips. I felt super safe in her neighborhood. They made us feel at home in their apartment. Ubicado estrategicamente en una zona residencial, tranquila y muy segura. El apartamento está en perfecto estado y aporta el mobiliario necesario para una estancia confortable y cómoda. Aparte de todo lo positivo anterior, contar con la confianza y ayuda; de personas como Cristy y su familia, dan el plus adicional para ofrecer una excelente opción de hospedaje. La casa es preciosa, Cristy, mis amigos y yo estábamos impresionados con la belleza de su periodo casa.No que estuvimos en La Habana, nos alojamos en 4 casas diferentes, y el Cristy, sin duda, fue el mejor. La casa está muy bien ventilado, muy limpio y muy bien situado. El choveiro de su casa es excelente, ideal para lavar el cabello sin mucha dificultad (lo digo porque en otras casas donde mis amigos y yo tuvimos un momento difícil usando choveiro). Cristy y Pepe era muy atento, amable y educado! Ellos dieron buenos consejos de lugares para hacer lancharmos, restaurantes ... Cuando necesitamos taxi para llevarnos al aeropuerto, Pepe era muy amable y reservado el tiempo con un taxista. Cristy salió de la casa muy temprano, a las 4hs la mañana, y había Cristy y Pepe para que nos acompañe al taxi y desearnos buen viaje. Nuestra estancia en la casa Cristy hizo que nuestro viaje sea aún más agradable !!! Regresé de Cuba dispuesta a volver pronto, voy a volver con seguridad y permanecer en casa Cristy !!! ¡Hasta luego!

Hemos vuelto a alojarnos en casa de cristy y pepe, después de volver de Varadero. Ahí estuvimos en un hotel de 4 estrellas, y el apartamento de cristy fue mil veces mejor, la limpieza y la comodidad no se podían ni comparar. Nos han ayudado con todo, mapas, recomendaciones de restaurantes, mercados, taxis.... Una estancia  perfecta! Cristy y su marido Pepe han sido muy atentos y simpáticos, el desayuno (6cuc) estaba riquísimo y un día nos regalaron fruta típica del país, deliciosa. También nos llamaban cada día para ver si necesitábamos cualquier cosa o ayuda con algo. Su casa es estupenda, tanto por la limpieza como por la situación. recomendaríamos el apartamento sin duda!

Desde Octubre que iniciamos las comunicaciones todo fueron facilidades y accesibilidad con Cristy, buenos consejos para preparar el viaje y respuestas a nuestras dudas en menos de 12h, nos recogieron súper puntuales en el aeropuerto y todo estaba perfecto en el apartamento. Cristy es un amor de persona, atenta, tranquila y muy trabajadora. Pepe es de esos tipos que cuando los conoces te caen bien desde el principio, una gran persona que además está muy cultivada y puedes mantener conversaciones muy interesantes con él. Han conseguido que nos sintamos como en casa estando siempre muy accesibles a la vez que discretos y son, además, un gran aliado en un país nuevo para nosotros del que conocíamos muy poco, sus consejos y sugerencias nos han hecho el viaje más agradable. 100% recomendable. Excelente experiencia en cuba, el hospedaje y la atencion de Cristy y su familia fue lo maximo. El lugar siempre muy comodo muy limpio. Ellos hicieron nuestros días en cuba mucho mas fáciles, tienen personas de confianza que nos brindaron el transporte y que nos hicieron el city tour. El area donde esta la casa es muy buena cerca de restaurantes y caminando como a 5 minutos del malecon, es muy facil tomar un taxi para ir a la habana vieja y a los lugares de interes. Muy seguro cuba tanto de dia como de noche es increible, pocas ciudades del mundo son tan seguras como esta.

Nos hospedamos en el departamento de Cristy & Pepe por 2 noches y nos pareció un lugar perfecto. El departamento luce igual que en las fotos. * Tiene una ubicacion perfecto, con todo muy cerca.* El vecindario es seguro como el resto de la habana.* El lugar esta en perfecto estado: la cocina, el baño, nada presento ningún problema. * Es muy acogedor y lo mantienen súper limpio. * Cristy & Pepe son personas muy atentas a las necesidades de sus huespedes. * siempre servicial, pendiente de brindarnos información, recomendaciones, atenciones. * Al llegar al departamento nos recibieron con unos jugos para refrescarnos y proceder a mostrarnos el lugar. * Los desayunos, preparados por la mama de Cristy, fueron deliciosos. *Hay algunos restaurante cerca del departamento donde pudimos cenar y eran perfecto en relación calidad precio. The rooms are always clean and ordered by the house staff. In conclusion Cristy's family is really nice and available. It has been a beautiful experience thanks to (in primis) Cristy and Pepe but also to Monica, Mario and Cristy's mom. Un besito a todos, espero verte pronto!

Why would anyone stay at a 5 star hotel when they could stay at Christy / Pepe ‘s? There were people in our tour who foolishly stayed at a fancy 5 star hotel. They were unhappy. The service was bad; their room was small. We felt bad for them, and a little guilty , too, because we had such a lovely apartment with kind and helpful hosts, in a great neighborhood, and near wifi ! We have told our tour group to always book visitors here, if we are ever lucky enough to be able to return to Havana, here is where we will want to be. Muchas gracias.

We really enjoyed this place. Number 1, it looked exactly like the pictures. It was cozy and in a great neighborhood. What's also really awesome about this place is how professional and accommodating the host is. Breakfast is really enjoyable and delicious. We felt completely safe here and will definitely book again. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is updated and lovely (and BIG). We were happy to have a quiet bedroom, great shower, fantastic air conditioning, and cute space to spread out. They were so sweet to offer breakfast in addition to the apartment, coming down to prepare it each morning.

Cristy has a beautiful apartment in a great area! The recommendation she gave us were really good! She is an amazing person ready to share all her secrets. Really good!

She pick me up personally from the airport drop me off safely to her house from my experience to Cuba was amazing because of her I recommend this location to anyone that is visiting Cuba for the first time.

This is a great location on the first floor, safe neighborhood with everything you need within walking distance. Host is super helpful willing to help with anything you need from booking tours, day trips and arranging your transportation.

The place is very clean and the host is very friendly and helpful. Is not walking distance to la habana vieja (like 45 mins by foot) however, 15 min walk to el malecon. You could take a taxi for 5 CUC to la Habana vieja in less than 10 minutes. Place is located in a calm and quiet residential area which we truly enjoyed. There are a couple paladares (family owned restaurants) that the host recommended and were really good. All walking distance from the house which was a huge plus. Overall the trip was amazing, the food, the history and most importantly the people we encountered. Definitely recommend this place!!

Lovely family! They cannot do enough for you. Local knowledge &maps provided were priceless as these made our stay great and getting round easier as our Spanish is limited to say the least! Lovely breakfast too, clean apartment with plenty of spaces &facilities. Vedado neighbourhood great & safe to walk at night. Thank you for a wonderful few days in Havana!

Christy and Pepe are wonderful hosts and kind souls. Their place is VERY clean. Everything is just as pictured. They provided us with a map of their neighborhood as well as Havana Vieja and gave us lovely recommendations for good eats and local shops. One tip for those traveling with infants: it is NOT impossible to find a taxi/car that can accommodate a car seat, contrary to what you may be told. Do your research!

Christy, Pepe and Monica are really nice hosts. The place looked the same as on pictures. They are all very expirienced hosts and can give you a lot of useful information. Also, every day they even aranged cleaning lady, so apartment was always super clean. When we arrived they prepared map for us. Language was never an issue, communication was fast. They are all very lovely people, they gave us presents, which will remind us good times in Havana!

An absolute gem of a place, spotless in every way. A beautiful apartment, great location, everything in it works well, it is superbly equipped and the breakfasts Cristy and Pepe offer are amazing. If you have a chance to rent this place do it - you will have a hard time finding a better deal not only in Cuba, but anywhere!

The communication was fast and smooth. Cristy was kind enough to pick us up at the airport and had arranged transport in a nice old classical car. We really enjoyed our stay at Cristy’s apartment. We got very good advice about the area, the apartment was in a good condition and they prepared a very nice breakfast. They were also so thoughtful to give flowers to our friend that was celebrating her birthday. Tip: go to the nearby gallery cafe, they have cheap and tasty rum and mojitos.

Is the best place you can go, the owners are wonderful people who are always willing to help. We felt like we were home!

Cristy and Pepe's apartment was spectacular! A fun, modern, and clean space with many quality amenities right in the heart of Vedado. We felt right at home:) Tons of things to do and see all within walking distance. We were provided with a map of the area, as well as all of Havana, showcasing all of the top destinations as well as many of their own personal recommendations. We tried many of their restaurant recommendations and we were super pleased :) The pizza at La Rambla was fantastic! Cristy and Pepe always made sure we were comfortable and that the refrigerator was stocked with water and beer. Love that! We tried to stay mostly disconnected from the internet and truly enjoy the experience, but having the WiFi park only 2 blocks away was a huge convenience! Upon departure we were even greeted with some traditional Cuban coffee while we shared our good byes. A great experience. If you're looking for a place with all the modern amenities while staying outside of the touristy areas, Cristy and Pepe's is the perfect place!

If you're looking for a well-appointed, comfortable and stylish apartment in the Vedado area then consider staying at Cristy and Pepe's. The two bedrooms were super comfortable and the bathroom very nicely designed with a fabulous shower! There is s full kitchen and nice living/dining area with TV. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. We enjoyed talking with and meeting them. The apartment is situated in a nice neighborhood, walking distance from restaurants, a morning fruit and vegetable market and the Malecon. We recommend Cristy and Pepe's with enthusiasm!

We had such a wonderful stay at Cristy's place. Cristy communicated a lot with me beforehand via email and was always more than helpful. Her daughter Monica came to the airport to pick us up in a taxi and took us to get money exchanged. Monica speaks great English which was very helpful because we didn't speak any Spanish. Cristy and Pepe also spoke some English and we were still able to have good conversations with them. The place was perfect and spacious for us. We got taxis over to Old Havana and really enjoyed that there was a wifi park so close by. It was also a short walk to the national hotel which was great for a mojito in the patio. Wish we could have stayed longer, these people are so lovely and will do anything to make your trip better! Thank you guys :)

Christy was incredible. The apartment was absolutely stunning, clean, comfortable beds with a great air conditioning system. We definitely want to come back and stay with Cristy again. The water was hot and the bathroom was clean. Everything was perfect. Beer, Wine, and Soda was offered in our fridge, as well as, a house keeper cleaned up the place everyday for us and gave us fresh towels. We really felt as if we were apart of the family. We were accommodated beyond our expectations. They spent 3 hours assisting us, when my daughter lost her luggage in the airport and even helped my daughter get shoes for an event we had that night in the city. The environment was incredible, everything was clean and beautiful. They arranged transportation for us anywhere we wanted to go. They arranged taxis for us to Varadero and called our drivers to make sure they picked us up and even arranged drivers for us to the airport. Would 100% recommend anyone visiting Cuba to stay with them! Cristy's daughter Monica and husband picked us up from the airport and helped us treamendously throughout our trip.

My stay at Cristy and Pepe's exceeded my expectations. Before we even set out to fly to Cuba, Cristy was communicating with me and answering any questions I had about my trip. She offered to set up a taxi to pick us up and take us to her apartment. She picked me and my family up at the airport along with the taxi driver which made us feel safe and comfortable as soon as we arrived. When we arrived to the apartment, the place was more than we anticipated. It was very clean and organized and it was easy for us to make it our home away from home. Every single day it was cleaned by a lovely lady. Our beds were made, fresh towels were set up, and the entire place was spotless. The apartment was also equipped with several AC systems which immediately cooled us down after a long day enjoying the warm Cuban weather. Cristy also provided water and sodas for a small charge. The place is located in a quiet, family-friendly, residential area. It is close to restaurants and public transportation is easily accesible. Cristy, along with her daughter Monica, were amazing hosts. They set up taxis to take us to various places, they were able to help us exchange money, and provided assistance in preparing our itinerary throughout our trip. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to recommend Cristy and Pepe's location or visit there again myself.
Cristy’s place matches closely the online description: comfortable, strategically located in El Vedado and managed to all expected details. We had a rental car and it was safe to park it overnight on the building’s driveway. Besides very clean the apartment is decorated with taste. We did not meet Cristy personally since she was traveling but her daughter Monica handled our stay with grace and professionalism. We also met Cristy’s mom, Consuelo, who is adorable and very talkative. Monica’s suggestions for places to eat were spot on, specially Mamainé Café for breakfast or afternoon tapas within walking distance from Cristy’s place which is a must visit for anyone looking for an affordable authentic place in the neighborhood.

Cristy was very helpful and easy to reach before the trip. The apartment was clean, spacious and well located in Vedado. Cristy's daughter, Monica, was also incredibly helpful. She arranged a taxi to and from Vinales, and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this place!

Cristy, Pepe, and their daughter, Monica were extraordinary hosts! From helping us exchange currency to running to Western Union for us to arranging pickup and drop off at the airport and taxi rides to destinations during our stay, they pretty much made sure all our needs were met. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. The only problem I had is that they were adamantly against us trying a restaurant we really wanted to go to (La Guarida). Instead, they made recommendations and reservations for other restaurants. The food was okay at Le Chansonnier, but DO NOT go to El Guajurito!! The service and food were terrible! Otherwise, they are very attentive and the nicest people you'll meet.

Me and three friends came from the states for the first time in Cuba. Cristy and her husband were great hosts providing us the two nights we stayed with an extremely clean apartment, fresh towels daily and a cleaning person every day. Location was near the Internet parks, restaurants, bars and easily accessible to taxis. First trip was a great success in Cuba.

Cristy and Pepe's place was the perfect start to our Cuba stay. They communicated well! Gave great reccomendations and set up multiple taxis for us. It is helpful if you speak Spanish, but Christy can email in English if needed! Location was great and close to resturants and cheap taxis to nightclubs and old Havana. Highly recommend staying here! Very clean and there is a phone which is helpful!

This house was excellent to stay at! A woman came and cleaned our apartment thoroughly and made our beds, washed dishes, etc. every day while we were gone, which was awesome. The hosts were very nice and accessible, and exchanged money for us at only 10%. There's a phone for free calls within Cuba, which is also great. Very pretty ground floor apartment, felt comfortable, tidy, and home-y. Also, you can smoke in the apartment as long as you open the window, which is a big plus.

100% Wonderful, wonderful kind hosts and invaluable help, especially travelling with a toddler of just 23 months. The apartment was ideal for us, on the ground floor, so no hassles with having to carry cases and all the baby-stuff of strollers and car seats etc. up flights of stairs. The apartment really well situated in a quiet street in Vedado, just 2 blocks from Ave. Revolución and Real where it was easy to get a taxi to Old Havana, and an easy walk to the Malecón and a couple of good restaurants. Cristy went far beyond real kindness, went out of her way to communicate and help make our trip possible and a memorable experience as we went on to Cienfuegos and Trinidad. She helped us get from the airport to the house, and fix us up with a taxi our chauffeur Mandi also so kind and excellent choice for us. So sensible as she got us a person to drive us with a car with air conditioning, which was vital as we drove a lot and with our toddler, who would have been miserable with the heat. Without her help and advice it could have been really difficult to know what to bring and what to look for with our little one. With her advice we brought most of his ready prepared baby food and car seat. Thank you SO MUCH Cristy, Pepe, Monica & Mario you are AWESOME

The apartment is amazing. It's clean, cozy, large and has all the comforts you can possibly need. Hot water and AC available all the time. The location is perfect as it's very near commercial streets/area. You can enjoy the quietness of this residential area (Vedado) and still get to Old Habana in 10 mins by car/taxi. Cristy and Pepe were the best hosts anyone can ask for. They were so welcoming, helpful and provided great tips and recommendations. They were available to help at anytime. We also met their daughter Monica who was equally wonderful. Even though my friends and other family members were staying at a different apartment, Cristy and Pepe were welcoming to all of us. We stayed one night at a resort in Varadero and Cristy&Pepe's apartment was much much much better than. Book your stay with Cristy and Pepe, you won't regret it! El apartamento estaba espectacular. Estaba bien limpio, cómodo, grande y con todas las facilidades que podrías necesitar. Aire acondicionado y agua caliente disponible todo el tiempo. Cristy and Pepe were great hosts! We had an amazing experience in Havana because of them and their daughter, Monica. Cristy was even able to find a room close by when an additional friend joined our group last minute. The neighborhood was great, very close to Old Havana and other landmarks and it was very safe - we were six females. I will recommend Cristy and Pepe to any friends visiting Cuba in the future. Cristy and Pepe were truly wonderful hosts! They were very friendly and kind. They were very communicative and helpful in arranging our arrival time at the house. They also helped arrange a taxi to the airport for our departure. The house is in a fantastic location in the neighborhood of Vedado. It is a few blocks to the Hotel Nacional (where you can enjoy a cocktail on the patio) and to the Malecon. It is very close to many museums and restaurants. They apartment itself was one of the best, nicest furnished casas that we stayed in during my 17 day trip to Cuba. The shower is fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. The two room apartment was very spacious for my friend and I felt very much at home. I would absolutely stay here again if we return to Havana!

Durant le séjour ils nous ont donne de précieux conseils sur la vie locale et les choses a faire a la havane. Nous ont organise des visites en fonctions de nos centres d intérêts... L appartement est très propre et confortable, situe dans vedado un quartier calme de la havane idéalement situe. Le linge est change tous les jours. le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Tout était parfait et je recommande cette casa nous y retournerons c est sur!

Great location. Safe and close to the sea. Take about 15min to get to the old Havana. Some nice restaurants near (kind of expensive, seems like for the tourists but good taste) Most important thing is both the couple are Really nice people. Even they know little English (their daughter know English ) but we have happy and warm communications. We had such a wonderful experience at Cristy's Airbnb! The whole family was incredibly sweet and helpful. They really added to the authentic Cuban experience we were looking for, and their recommendations and experience about Cuba were wonderful. They also arranged a driver for our ride to the airport.

Cristy and Pepe's apartment was perfect for our stay. It is very clean and they were wonderful hosts. They, their daughter Monica and Cristy's mother Consuelo all live upstairs and were attentive to all our needs. Our luggage was lost and on the 3rd day of our trip Monica and her boyfriend took us to the airport and helped us get it, which we may have never accomplished on our own. It was way above the call of duty. It's in the vedado neighborhood which is a refreshing change from old Havana. It's more of a neighborhood but easily accessible to the tourist attractions. The apartment is spacious enough for four people and is quiet. AC works well. We fell in love with this family while we were there and hope to see them again.

I had the most amazing experience in Cuba. Cristy and Pepe are the best hostess. I arrived at their home on my birthday and was greeted with a cake. They were extremely accommodating and felt like family. The breakfast was excellent. They were extremely knowledgeable of the area and had given good recommendations of the area attractions. Monica, Christy's daughter, helped with transportation to the airport. The home was clean, comfortable and even nicer than the photos.

Perfect size, great value and in the heart of Vedado. Pictures are accurate. Description is accurate. You can rent the apartment with either one bedroom or two. You can walk during the day to almost everywhere in Vedado. Very safe area. At night, I always took a cab since most residential streets are not lit. You can find wifi two blocks from the apartment. Overall, a great experience with the host and apartment. I recommend this apartment and the host for sure. P.S. Monica, Cristy's daughter and grandma (Cristy's mom) live in the same building on a different floor and were very accommodating and very helpful during my stay.
